本文采用负载型钌基催化剂,催化对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)选择性加氢制备 1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯(DMCD)。首先进行了载体的筛选并优化了制备方法及条件,结果表明,采用初湿浸渍法500℃下氢气还原制备的 Ru/TiO2催化剂的活性最高。进一步考察了溶剂、温度、压力等反应参数对DMT选择性加氢的影响,从而得出,以异丙醇为溶剂,原料浓度 0.26 mol/L,底物金属摩尔比387,6MPa氢气,120℃下反应60分钟,DMT的转化率高达97.9%,且DMCD的选择性为93.8%。此外,DMCD的高选择性(99%)可通过简单的降低反应温度(80℃)得以实现。

In the first part, Ru-based heterogeneous catalysts were prepared and used to catalyze the selective hydrogenation of dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) for preparing dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate (DMCD). First, the effects of supports, preparation methods, treating conditions, were investigated for the selective hydrogenation of DMT. Results showed that, Ru/TiO2 prepared from a simple reduction in H2 flow at 500℃ after the incipient wetness impregnation performed the highest activity on this reaction. Furthermore, various reaction conditions such as solvent, temperature, and hydrogenion pressure were studied. Then, a conversion higher at 97.9% was reached within 60 minutes under the conditions of 0.26 mol/L substrate in isopropyl alcohol solution, 387 mol ratio of substrate to Ru, 6 MPa and 120℃, but the selectivity to DMCD was 93.8%. The selectivity can be improved to 99% by simply reducing the reaction temperature to 80℃.
