产品质量通常包含多个维度的质量特性,各个质量特性的重要程度可能不尽相同且存在着一定物理关系。针对此类问题,本文提出了集成物理关系和统计原理的方法对其进行质量控制。该方法利用量纲分析(Dimensional Analysis,DA)得到质量特性间的物理关系并转换为无量纲变量,再利用包含了质量特性间的物理关系的无量纲变量与MEWMA控制图集成得到了无量纲多元加权移动平均控制图(DA-MEWMA),从而实现对此类问题的监控。案例仿真结果表明,DA-MEWMA可以有效地对此类问题进行过程控制,并且很好地反映出各个质量特性对质量影响不平衡这一特点,使得过程控制更为有效率。

he quality of a product typically depends on several correlated quality characteristics. The degree of importance of different quality characteristics may be different and there is a certain physical relationship betweA new multivariate control chart procedure based on multivariate exponentially weighted moving average (MEWMA) statistics with dimensional analysis (DA) is proposed to monitor the engineering and physical process. A case study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed charts and compare them with traditional MEWMA control charts. Results are illustrated with some straightforward applications of DA. The comparative performance in terms of average run length showed that the proposed DA-MEWMA control charts performed better than the MEWMA control charts in the engineering and physical process situations.
