秸秆还田与全膜双垄集雨沟播耦合技术对玉米产量、土壤有机碳库及微生物特性的影响

为了更好的提高土壤地力与作物产量,从充分发挥地膜覆盖与秸秆还田两种技术优势的角度出发,将秸秆还田与全膜双垄集雨沟播技术结合,于2009年3月试验开始,探讨两种技术的耦合对玉米产量、土壤有机碳库及微生物特性的影响。结果表明:秸秆还田与地膜覆盖均提高了玉米产量,2009年S、M和S+M处理分别增产15.4%、105.0%和136.1%,2010年分别增产5.9%、88.8%和93.0%;秸秆还田提高了土壤总有机碳、颗粒有机碳和轻组有机碳的含量,地膜覆盖降低了土壤总有机碳、颗粒有机碳和轻组有机碳的含量,四个处理中土壤总有机碳、颗粒有机碳和轻组有机碳的值由大到小排列均为:S > S+M > CK > M;秸秆还田与地膜覆盖均提高了土壤中微生物量碳、?-葡萄糖苷酶、碱性磷酸酶和脲酶的含量,S+M处理中的微生物量碳、?-葡萄糖苷酶、碱性磷酸酶和脲酶的含量均显著高于CK;相关分析结果显示:三种酶与微生物量碳均呈极显著正相关关系。

In this paper, in order to improve soil fertility and crop yeild, we coupled straw and double ridges and furrows with plastic mulch to make full use of the advantages of both technologies. This study aimed at discussing the effect of both the tecnologies on maize yeild, soil organic carbon pool and microbial properties. Results showed that both of the straw (S) and plastic mulch (M) improved maize yeild. Compared to CK treatment, we found S, M and S+M treatments improved maize yeild by 15.4%, 105.0% and 136.1% respectively in 2009, and by 5.9%, 88.8% and 93.0% respectively in 2010. Straw returning to field increased all of the soil organic carbon, partical organic carbon and light organic carbon, but plastic mulching decreased the content of their, and the trend of their content among treatments was S > S+M > CK > M. Both of the straw and plastic mulch increased all of the microbial biomass carbon, ?-glucosidase, alkaline phosphatase and urease, and the content of their in S+M treatment was significantly higher than that of CK. Correlation analysis showed three enzymes were highly positive correlated with microbial biomass carbon.
