中国内地与境外合办MBA课程质量评估体系的构建

構建課程質量評估體系,關鍵在于其評估指標的「維度」、「效度」和「信度」,它是「評估」本身的質量保證。因此,在構建評估體系時,如何選擇具備「三度」的評估指標顯得十分重要。本文就構建中國內地與境外合辦MBA課程質量評估體系進行研究,分析如何選擇合適指標作質量評估,最後帶出一個較為科學、客觀地反映MBA課程的質量評估模型。
he prerequisite of a Curricular Quality Appraisal System is the ‘dimensions’, ‘validity’ and ‘reliability’ of its Appraisal Criteria. Without appropriate ‘dimension’ and ‘valid’ & ‘reliable’ Criteria, the ‘quality’ of the System would be questionable. This Paper depicts the establishment of a Curricular Quality Appraisal Model through Questionnaire Survey. The Questionnaire is tailor-made for the students of MBA Degree Cohort Program in the mainland China. Its design is based on the relevant theories and test procedures which make the Questionnaire Survey a ‘valid’ and ‘reliable’ approach for Curricular Quality Appraisal.
