基于VLC ActiveX控件的分屏窗口设计

Multi image display is an important function for Multipoint Control Unit of Video Conference System.VLC has powerful functions on video display,it is developed by the VideoLAN Team that produces free and open source software for video and multimedia purpose, released under the GNU General Public License.The Configuration of VLC ActiveX in Visual C++ 6.0 environment was described in this paper.Author also gave an example show the methods of spliting window,and how to load and play video by API function in VLC ActiveX,discussed the advantages of this methods of split screen and the broad application prospects in the fields of Video Process.
