本实验研究了TBBPA暴露对菲律宾蛤仔稚贝生长的影响,结果表明0.0625和0.5mg/LTBBPA暴露28d对稚贝的壳长和壳高生长都有明显的抑制作用。从内分泌干扰方面分析了TBBPA对菲律宾蛤仔的生长抑制效应机理,结果表明:将稚贝在0.0625 和0.5mg/L TBBPA中暴露14天,菲律宾蛤仔稚贝的滤水率出现明显的下降趋势;运用酶联免疫分析法检测了稚贝体内甲状腺激素(THs)水平的变化,结果显示:相对于对照组,0.5mg/L 处理组中T4含量显著降低而T3的含量显著升高,说明TBBPA干扰了菲律宾蛤仔幼体的甲状腺激素水平的平衡。由此推测TBBPA对菲律宾蛤仔稚贝的生长抑制机制可能是由于TBBPA影响了稚贝的甲状腺激素的平衡进而导致了其生长抑制这一毒性终点。

he result suggested that the filtration rates of juvenile manila clams exposed to TBBPA were significantly decreased.The results of this study suggested thatTBBPA may cause growth impairment growth impairment via filter feeding restraint. The levels of total T4(thyroxine) and T3 (3, 5, 3'-triiodothyronine) in clams were measured by ELISA. TBBPA (0.5mg/L) exposure caused significant decreases of total T4 and increased T3 concentrations in the clams. These results suggest that TBBPA caused endocrine disruption. The effect and preliminary mechanism observed in the present study imply that exposure to TBBPA may pose threat to affect the fthyroid hormone homeostasis in bivalves which caused the apical endpoint, growth inhibition.In this paper………..
