Fractional Variable-order Second-order RC Equivalent Circuit Model for Lithium-ion Battery

动力电池是目前制约电动汽车规模发展的主要瓶颈,其建模技术对电池及其管理系统的设计和安全运行意义重大。目前电池常用的二阶RC等效电路模型,采用传统整数阶建模方法,模型精度有限。实际上,电池的强非线性特性更适合用分数阶模型来模拟。为此,提出了一种分数阶变阶二阶RC等效电路模型,实现了对锂离子电池两端陡中间平的电压非线性特性精确模拟;在脉冲充放电和恒流充放电等工况下,模型端电压输出和实验数据基本吻合,最大误差在0.05V以内,适用于电动汽车运行工况。实验结果表明了该模型的有效性。

he power battery is the main bottlenecks of the scale development of electric vehicles, and the modeling technology is significant in the design and the safe operation of battery and its management system. Currently, the model accuracy is finited in the second-order RC equivalent circuit model of battery with the traditional integer-order modeling. In fact, the strong nonlinear characteristics of battery are more suitable to be simulated by the fractional model. To this end, a fractional variable-order second-order RC equivalent circuit model is proposed; and the model output and experimental data is basicly in agreement under the working conditions of pulse and constant current charging and discharging, where the maximum model error is less than 0.05V, thus, the proposed model is applied for electric vehicles. And the experimental results show the effectiveness of the model.
