近年来,气力式油菜精量联合直播机以其优越的排种性能得到了广泛应用。为研究直播机精量排种系统和气力系统的耦合作用规律,本文设计了一种气力式油菜精量排种检测系统。该检测系统可根据不同播种机对气力式油菜精量排种系统的要求,实现对排种速度、风机正负压流量、正压溢流大小和不同气力系统结构协同作用下的系统排种性能的检测和优化,为播种机的排种系统及气力系统的参数匹配、结构优化、快速设计提供理论依据和基础数据。

Pneumatic metering device for rapeseed has been used extensively due to its perfect performance on metering recently. To study the metering system of the seeder and the coupling machanism of penumatic device, a test rig of pneumatic metering system for rapeseed was designed. The test rig could be used for the performance assessment of various models of seeder, which were assembed different penumatic metering system and worked with different situation, including the number of seed metering, the rotating speed, the flow rate of fan , the overflow of positive pressure and the parameter of penumatic device, hence this investigation could be carried out to study the optimum parameters of metering device and pneumatic device, and the structure parameter of metering device and pneumatic device of the seeder would be optimized .
