基于张量分解的大规模MU-MIMO系统中CSI反馈算法
SI Feedback Algorithm Based on Tensor Decomposition in Massive MU-MIMO System
近年来,大规模多用户多输入多输出(Multi Users Multiple Input Multiple Output,MU-MIMO)通过在基站端配置大规模天线阵列,在不增加带宽及功率的情况下服务更多的用户已经成为各机构的研究重点。但是在大规模MU-MIMO传输过程中,随着天线数量的不断增多,CSI信道状态信息的反馈量急剧增加,大大增加了反馈开销。在本文中,研究FDD传输模式下,如何减少大规模MU-MIMO系统CSI信道状态信息的反馈。考虑到大规模MU-MIMO系统信道的空时相关性,使用张量数据结构,从多个维度对CSI信道状态信息进行描述,构建了一个多维的CSI信道状态信息的张量,利用张量分解算法预测缺失的CSI信道状态信息。最后对本文提出的算法通过仿真验证了其有效性。
In recent years, massive Multi-user Multiple Input Multiple Output (MU-MIMO) which deployed large-scale antenna arrays at the base station can serve more users without increasing bandwidth and power has become the research focus of all agencies.However, in massive multi-user MIMO transmission, with the increase of the number of antennas, the feedback of CSI channel state information sharply increases, greatly increasing the feedback overhead.In this paper, we study how to reduce the feedback of CSI channel state information in massive MU-MIMO system under FDD transmission mode. Considering the space-time correlation of massive MU-MIMO system channels, we use tensor data structure to describe CSI channel state information from multiple dimensions and construct a multi-dimensional CSI channel state information tensor. And then we use tensor decomposition algorithm to predict missing CSI channel state information. Finally, the validity of the algorithm proposed in this paper is verified by simulation.
