介绍了一种基于MEMS技术的ADXL203低频加速度传感器的设计与实现。研究了加速度传感器整体设计方案,给出了硬件设计和软件设计过程,并实现了原型产品的开发与调试,同时分析了加速度传感器在海洋平台监测中的实际应用。为验证原型产品的有效性,将其安装在"海洋石油102"FPSO平台上进行了现场测试,给出了数据分析与结果,并将测试结果与平台的实际监测结果进行了分析比较,取得了比较理想的结果。

his paper introduces the design and the implementation of ADXL203 low acceleration sensor which based on the technology of MEMS. It studies the overall design of acceleration sensor and gives the process of the design of hardware and software. Also the paper realizes a prototype of the acceleration sensor about development and debugging and analysis the application of the acceleration sensor in the monitoring offshore platforms. In order to verify the effectiveness of the prototype product, the monitor has been installed in the "Offshore Oil 102" FPSO platform for on-site testing and gives the data analysis and results. The paper analysis and compare the test results with the actual monitoring tests and achieves a satisfactory result.
