炭层间距对动力锂离子电池石墨负极电化学性能的影响研究

本文选择在H2SO4-H2O2体系中对石墨进行插层,然后进行炭包覆,获得了层间距d002在0.3354-0.3404 nm之间的石墨样品,研究了石墨层间距对其电化学性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着d002增大,充电容量和放电容量随之增大,库伦效率呈现先增大后减小的趋势。当d002为0.3396 nm,放电容量和库伦效率达到最大值,分别为348 mAh/g和94.6%,经过200次循环后的容量保持率达到88.6%;在10C高倍率放电的条件下,仍能保持0.5C时放电容量的80.0%,表现出优异的倍率放电性能。
In this paper, the graphite with carbon layer distance d002 between 0.3354-0.3404 nm was prepared by graphite intercalation in the H2SO4-H2O2 system, and carbon coating. The influence on electrochemical properties by carbon layer distance was investigated. The results show that with the increase of d002, charge and discharge capacity increases, the coulombic efficiency increased first and then decreased. When d002 is 0.3396 nm, the discharge capacity and coulombic efficiency reached their maximum, respectively, 348 mAh/g and 94.6%. The capacity retention is 88.6% after 200 cycles. The discharge capacity in 10C of graphite with 0.3396 nm carbon layer distance could still maintain 80% of discharge capacity in 0.5C, exhibiting excellent high-rate discharge performance
