文中比较了近年来对兔窦房结细胞(SANC)电生理特性的研究所建立的各类数学模型。离子电流是反映窦房结细胞电生理特性的重要参数之一,而窦房结细胞膜电位的变化是各生理参数变化的综合体现。因此,将各模型的膜电位波形、电生理参数、离子电流以及局部差异性与实验数据比较,指出模型的优势,最终确定Zhang等人建立的模型对窦房结细胞局部差异性得出了与实验最为相符的结论;而Maltsev等人建立的模型是迄今为止对细胞内钙离子瞬变过程描述最为详尽的模型。

Paper compared models establishing for studying the electrophysiological characters of rabbit sinoatrial node cells (SANC) in these years. Ion current is one of the most important factors that can reflect the electrophysiological characters of SA node. The synthetical expression of these factors rely on cell membrane voltage (Vm), change of Vm reflect the movement of ion currents. Therefore, all evaluated models reproduce control ion currents, electrophysiological parameters, action potential shapes and regional differences in order to sort out the advantage ones. We finally confirmed that Zhang et al. model is the best suited for experimental data due to it considering the reginoal differences of SANC; Maltsev et al. model is the most exhaustive one of discribing the intracellular calcium handling processes.
