腭裂整复技术的探讨和疗效观察
Result of refinement of palatoplasty
目的：探讨如何减少腭裂手术的创伤，改进手术方式。方法：对全部76例患者施行华西法腭裂修复术，详细描述手术步骤和操作要点。结果：在所有患者中仅有接近三分之一的患者需要通过松弛切口来关闭腭裂裂隙，其余患者通过精细的解剖游离都实现了无创口关闭裂隙。结论：为减少腭裂修复术造成的继发面中份生长发育受限，在手术中必须依靠一定的几何学原理，遵循减少创伤和彻底解剖的原则。只有手术方式和操作的不断改进，才能逐步减少腭裂手术带来的医源性并发症，更有利于患者的身心健康。
Object：To reduce the trauma by refining the protocol of palatoplasty. Method: The Huaxi protocol palatoplasty was performed for 76 cases, the procedure were detailed. Result: Only one third of cases have to close the cleft by using releasing incision, other had their cleft closed without releasing incision. Conclusion: Geometric principles should be followed and the technique should be refined to reduce the negtive effect on development of midface.
