E10模与槽线模的正交特性在基片集成混合多信道系统中的设计与应用

本文利用基片集成波导中主模TE10模与槽线模的正交特性,设计了一种具有高隔离度、低插损的多信道互连结构。利用全波电磁仿真软件对其分析,在24.7GHz带宽内达到高隔离度低插损,且实现了宽频带的频率复用。该器件可以在不增加基片集成波导体积的前提下额外增加一个通信信道,结构紧凑,性能优异,具有很好的实用价值。
Substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) has received extensive attention as an efficient medium for signal transmission since its inception. In this paper, a substrate integrated hybrid circuit (SIHC) is proposed as a promising multichannel interconnect structure, which is constructed by a substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) and a slotline etched on its broadside conductor layer. Such a structure utilizes the orthogonal feature of TE10 mode supported by SIW structure and slotline mode supported by slotline structure to generate two uncoupled channels without additional physical links. Furthermore, transition structures are designed and optimized for practical applications. The proposed SIHC has low insertion loss and excellent crosstalk. Broadband frequency reuse is firstly achieved in substrate integrated multi-mode channels.
