酵母菌富含丰富的蛋白质、酶系统和生理活性物质,且具有杂食性强、易分离、易培养、代谢产物多、综合利用广等特点,被广泛应用于饲料工业。因此,选择最佳菌株和培养基,以便更好的生产酵母类产品就显得至关重要。本实验采用PDA培养基,利用稀释涂板法,从土壤中分离得到三株酵母菌。通过对其在不同固体及液体培养基上的生长状况进行研究比较,筛选出一种适合其生长的培养基,并优选出一株生长能力强的酵母菌分离株。此研究结果为后续开发研制高效酵母培养物及饲料产品奠定基础。

Yeast is rich in protein , enzyme system and physiological factors, and it also has many characteristics such as strong polyphagia, easy to be separated and multiplied , produces many kinds of metabolites, and comprehensive utilized broadly and so on, and in forage industry has been widely used. Therefore, it becomes critical to select the best strain and culture for producing the yeast products better. This experiment uses PDA medium, takes advantage of diluted coated board , three yeast isolates from the soil were obtained and compared for their growth traits in different media. A kind of medium was determined for the growth of the yeast isolates, and also a strain of the yeast isolates with good growth traits was got, which lay the foundation for developing high-efficient yeast cultures and relative products.
