改性固相微萃取吸附柱用于分离痕量有机单体的研究
Study on The Modified Solid-phase Micro-extraction Column Used to Separate Trace Organic Monomer
研究以某类有机单体(OM)为模板分子,采用紫外聚合方法合成分子印迹聚合物(OM-MIPs)。功能单体为甲基丙烯酸(MAA),交联剂为乙烯二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA),引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)。利用OM-MIPs作为固定相制备OM-MIPs-SPME吸附柱,对样品进行分离萃取后采用EIMS对洗脱液中的有机单体进行检测,分别与常规Cl8和非分子印迹聚合物(NIP)固相萃取方法进行比较。结果表明OM-MIPs-SPME法对有机单体有特异性识别能力。最佳萃取条件为:水相上样,用50% (v/v)甲醇/水溶液淋洗除去非特异性结合干扰物,l% (v/v)醋酸的甲醇洗脱特异性结合的真实样品有机单体。对样品测试发现:经过OM -MIPs-SPME法预富集,可以有效消除94.2%的同系杂质干扰,可用于样品中痕量有机单体的分离鉴定。?????
ake some organic monomer (OM) as template, using UV polymerization of molecular imprinted polymers (OM-MIPs). Monomers are methyl methacrylates (MAA), cross linker is ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA), initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN). Using OM-MIPs as the stationary phase prepared by OM-MIPs-SPME adsorption column, separation of the samples extracted using EIMS of the eluate were detected in the organic monomer, respectively, with conventional Cl8 and non-imprinted polymer (NIP) solid phase extraction methods were compared. The results show that the OM-MIPs-SPME method is specific for recognition of organic monomers. The best extraction conditions were: water phase on the sample, with 50% (v / v) methanol / aqueous leaching to remove non-specific binding disruptors, l% (v / v) acetic acid in methanol elution specific binding of the real samples of organic monomer. Sample test showed that: after OM-MIPs-SPME pre-concentration method can effectively eliminate 94.2% of the impurity with the system can be used for sample isolation and identification of trace organic monomers.
