糖皮质激素保护听力的研究进展

Glucocorticoids have been used to treat hearing loss for many years. The hearing protection by glucocorticoids is mediated by glucocorticoid receptor, and heat stress, restraint stress, sound conditioning could increase blood glucocorticoids level and protect hearing. NF-кB、PLZF, et al. may play important roles in this process. More knowledge about the molecular mechanism of hearing protection by glucocorticoids will help us to provide better treatment for hearing loss.
