金属钯催化的中氮茚类化合物的合成
Pd-Catalyzed Synthesis of indolizines
中氮茚类化合物是非常重要的一类含氮的杂环化合物,这种结构单元广泛存在于许多具有生物活性的天然产物和药物分子中。本文报道了在乙酸钯催化下,吡啶叶立德盐与末端炔烃反应,一步合成中氮茚类化合物。该方法原料易得,条件温和,路线简单,产率较高,而且底物选择性比较广泛,为这类化合物的合成提供了新方法。合成的产率较高的15个中氮茚类化合物,其结构经过核磁、质谱等确认。同时,该反应的机理也得以讨论和验证。
indolizines are considered to be an important heterocyclic compounds, which are common structural feature of numerous bioactive natural products and pharmaceutical molecules. palladium acetate catalyzed synthesis of indolizines via Pyridinium Ylides with terminal alkynes at ambient temperature in the presence of base. It provided a new and convenient method for the synthesis of such compounds. The method could get high yields and prepard easily for their materials,mild reaction conditions and simple operation.The selectivity of the substrates are more extensive. The synthesis of high yield 15 indolizine compounds, their structures was confirmed by NMR and MS.At the same time,the reaction mechanism has also been discussed and verified.
