全面质量管理与员工角色压力的关系研究

Study on the relationship between TQM and Employees' role stress

本文之核心是揭示全面质量管理措施是否可以作为降低员工角色压力的途径。通过对相关文献、理论研究的归纳和分析,本文提炼出一个TQM与员工角色压力之关系的概念模型。在此基础上设计调查问卷,提出研究假设,进行实证研究,利用SPSS统计软件对数据进行分析。结果表明全面质量管理因素中的战略规划、测量分析与改进、过程管理对员工角色压力有显著的负向影响,即可以降低员工角色压力;而顾客与市场对员工角色压力有显著的正向影响,即可以增强员工角色压力。

he core of this paper is to reveal whether the total quality management measures can be regarded as a way to reduce employee role stress. Based on the summary and analysis of the related literature and theoretical research, this paper abstracts a conceptual model of relationship between TQM and employee role stress. on the basis of this, design the questionnaire, put forward the research hypothesis, empirical research, the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. The results showed that the total quality management in strategic planning, measurement analysis and improvement, and process management has a significant negative impact on the role of pressure, which can reduce the role stress; and the customer and the market has a significant positive impact on the role of pressure, which can enhance the employee role stress.
