基于SCA103T的起重机挠度检测系统设计
esign of a Crane Deflection Measurement System Based on SCA103T
针对起重机械健康监测中的挠度检测需求,本文设计了一种适于室外应用的高精度挠度检测系统。系统选取SCA103T对起重机主梁倾角进行差分测量,单片机MSP430通过SPI口接收数据,并利用3G网络发送至远程服务器,避免了传统检测系统的距离短、延时长、功耗高等问题。通过测试对比,本测量系统具有精度高、稳定性好等优点,能满足起重机挠度监测实际需求。
ccording to the requirements of measuring deflection for health monitoring of crane, an accuracy inclination measurement system which is suitable outdoor has been designed. SCA103T is chosen to measure inclination. And microcontroller MSP430 collects data and then sends it to a remote server via 3G network, which avoids the problem of short distance, long delay and high power of traditional measurement system. The present measurement system is proved to have high accuracy and good stability by contrastive tests, which can meet needs of actual crane deflection monitoring.
