疏水亲油性植物吸附剂的制备及其应用研究
Preparation and application of hydrophobic and super-oleophilic plant adsorbent
兰考泡桐是一种分布广、产量高、生长快的双子叶植物,其果实可入药,木材可用于制作乐器,但其叶子尚未得到很好利用,造成资源的浪费。本文将兰考泡桐叶作为吸附材料,通过静态接触角(CA),称重法等手段测量了其疏水亲油性能;通过扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TGA)对其形貌和组成成分进行表征。实验结果表明,泡桐叶片反面疏水性能较好,其静态水接触角为131 。同时,叶片正反两面均具有超亲油性能,可以作为天然吸附材料使用。实验结果还表明,经简单干燥处理的兰考泡桐叶的吸油量最高可达10.7g/g。
Paulownia elongata is a widely distributed, high-yield, fast-growing dicotyledon. Its fruit can be used as medicines and wood can be used to make musical instruments. But its leaf hasn't got fully utilized, which causes a waste of resources. The hydrophobicity and lipophilic of paulownia elongate leaf is characterized by static contact water angle (CA), gravimetric, and the morphology and composition is characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The experimental results show that the reverse side of paulownia elongata leaf possess the better hydrophobic performance and its static contact water angle can reach 131 . Meanwhile, both sides of paulownia elongata leaf has super-oleophilic. The highest saturated oil absorption of dried paulownia elongate leaf can reach 10.7g/g. Thus, it can be used as natural adsorption material.
