2/QBe2爆炸复合界面结合层内的形变特征

本文采用平板爆炸复合方法制备T2/QBe2复合板材,利用金相显微镜和电子背散射衍射技术(Electronic backscatter diffraction,EBSD)实验手段对复合界面附近处QBe2和T2中产生的绝热剪切变形及形变孪生的微观特征进行了观测。结果表明:在爆炸载荷条件下只在QBe2中产生绝热剪切带,这是T2和QBe2在物理性能、力学性能和热学性能上的差异造成的,并且绝热剪切带内分布有十分细小的等轴晶;带内晶粒取向基本相同,带与带之间基体中的晶粒取向也基本相同,而上述两者存在较大的取向差;同时爆炸冲击加载后,QBe2和T2两侧均产生了形变孪晶。
he T2/QBe2 composite was prepared by flat plate explosive cladding method in the present work. Microstructure characteristics of adiabatic shear deformation on the side of QBe2 and deformation twins in the both T2 and QBe2 were investigated by means of OM and electronic backscatter diffraction (EBSD) techniques. The results indicated that adiabatic shear bands(ASBs) appeared only on the side of QBe2 under the condition of explosive cladding , and the mechanism of that was due to the differences in physical、mechanical and thermal properties between T2 and QBe2,and there were very fine equix grains in ASB;Orientation of grains in the ASB, as well as that of grains between shear bands, was essentially consistent, while there was large difference in orientation between grains in ASBs and those in matrix;Deformation twins were found in the both T2 and QBe2 matrixs after explosive loading.
