Because the intercross and penetration in the international oil market and financial market, financial attributes of petroleum is becoming increasingly prominent, the oil security problem has been changed from"supply security" to "price", petroleum finance problem has caused wide public concern. This paper reviews the domestic and internationalpetroleum finance theory research literature, from the trend ofinternational oil market, the domestic oil market, oil price fluctuation and its influence and financial oil markets in the next four parts of the analysis and discussion.
