人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)UL23开放阅读框(ORF)能够编码病毒蛋白pUL23
UL23 open reading frame of human cytomegalovirus enable coding pUL23 protein
为了证实人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)UL23开放阅读框(ORF)能够编码病毒蛋白pUL23。利用获得的pUL23单克隆抗体,对过表达pUL23的细胞样品和野生型病毒Towne、缺失UL23开放阅读框病毒Towne-delUL23及回复UL23开放阅读框病毒Towne-revUL23感染的细胞样品进行免疫印迹检测。结果显示过表达pUL23的细胞样品在预期大小位置出现特异性条带;病毒感染的样品中,只有Towne和Towne-revUL23病毒感染的细胞样品在预期大小位置出现特异性条带。以上结果表明人巨细胞病毒UL23开放阅读框能够编码病毒蛋白pUL23。
In oder to verify UL23 open reading frame of human cytomegalovirus enable coding pUL23 protein. Cell samples of overexpressed pUL23 and transfected with indicated virus were detected by western blot using pUL23 monoclonal antibody. Results showed samples of overexpressed pUL23 and transfected with virus containing UL23 open reading frame were specifically detected by pUL23 monoclonal antibody. The above results indicated UL23 open reading frame of human cytomegalovirus enable coding pUL23 protein.
