平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动,二十世纪70年代初在我国首都钢铁公司问世,它是一种高强度、高效率、高寿命的新型传动装置。我国学者和工程技术人员对其啮合性能和制造技术进行了深入而广泛的研究,取得了很大成果。然而因其啮合理论与加工工艺的复杂性,至今还未实现标准化、序列化与专业化,限制了它的应用范围。本文从啮合理论研究与制造技术的角度总结了平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动的研究现状,分析了存在的问题及不足,并给出了平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动技术今后面临的主要挑战和重点研究方向。

Plane double enveloping hourglass worm gearing, which is a new transmission with high intensity, high efficiency, and high life, was designed by Capital Iron and Steel Company in the early seventies. Chinese scholars and engineers researched its meshing performance and manufacturing technologies in great depth and widely, have made great achievements. However, it has not been standardized, serialized and specialized, limiting its scope of application, because of the complexities of meshing theory and process. This paper summarized the research of the plane double enveloping hourglass worm gearing from the perspectives of meshing theory and manufacturing technology, analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings, and gave the main challenges and focus direction of it in the future.
