Biodentine用于龋源性露髓恒牙活髓保存治疗疗效的Meta分析

Objectives To systematically review the efficacy Biodentine and MTA for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposed pulps of permanent teeth.Methods The Cochrane Library、Sciencedirect、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science 、CNKI、CBM and Wan Fang Data ,were searched up to July 2018 to collect randomized controlled trials on Biodentine and MTA for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposed pulps of teeth.Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Then, meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of four RCTs including 257 teeth were eventually included. There were 129 teeth in the MTA group and 128 teeEfficacy of Biodentine for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposure pulps of permanent teeth: a meta-analysisth in the Biodentine group.The results of meta-analysis showed that: there were no statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy between the MTA group and the Biodentine groups in the 6 and 12 months. Conclusions Based on the current study，MTA and Biodentine have similar clinical efficacy in cariously exposed pulps of permanent teeth,However，since the amount of literature included in this study are not enough,more high quality and large-scale researches are needed for reaching the final conclusion．
