Biodentine用于龋源性露髓恒牙活髓保存治疗疗效的Meta分析
Efficacy of Biodentine for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposure pulps of permanent teeth: a meta-analysis
目的系统评价Biodentine和无机三氧化物聚合物(MTA)用于龋源性露髓恒牙活髓保存治疗的临床疗效。方法计算机检索The Cochrane Library、Sciencedirect、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science 、CNKI、CBM和WanFang Data等数据库。搜集有关Biodentine 和MTA用于龋源性露髓恒牙活髓保存治疗的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均为建库至 2018年7月。由2 位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta 分析。结果结果共纳入 4个RCT,257 例患牙,其中MTA组129例,Biodentine组128例。Meta 分析结果显示,在术后6 月、12 月,MTA 与Biodentine的疗效差异均无统计学意义。结论当前证据显示,MTA 与Biodentine在龋源性露髓恒牙活髓保存治疗中疗效相当。但由于本研究中纳入文献相对较少,上述结论还需要更多高质量,大样本的临床对照试验予以验证。
Objectives To systematically review the efficacy Biodentine and MTA for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposed pulps of permanent teeth.Methods The Cochrane Library、Sciencedirect、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science 、CNKI、CBM and Wan Fang Data ,were searched up to July 2018 to collect randomized controlled trials on Biodentine and MTA for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposed pulps of teeth.Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Then, meta-analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of four RCTs including 257 teeth were eventually included. There were 129 teeth in the MTA group and 128 teeEfficacy of Biodentine for vital pulp therapy in cariously exposure pulps of permanent teeth: a meta-analysisth in the Biodentine group.The results of meta-analysis showed that: there were no statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy between the MTA group and the Biodentine groups in the 6 and 12 months. Conclusions Based on the current study,MTA and Biodentine have similar clinical efficacy in cariously exposed pulps of permanent teeth,However,since the amount of literature included in this study are not enough,more high quality and large-scale researches are needed for reaching the final conclusion.
