石墨烯纳米片用作锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4导电剂的研究
Investigation on graphene nanosheets as a conducting additives in LiFePO4 cathode materials for lithium ion batteries
针对锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4的导电性问题,本文采用石墨烯纳米片作为新型导电剂。扫描电镜发现,石墨烯纳米片的表面褶皱使其能有效地包裹LiFePO4颗粒,形成面接触的导电界面,从而显著提高了导电性。恒流充放电试验表明,石墨烯纳米片的加入有利于提高LiFePO4的电化学反应活性。相对于传统的炭黑,LiFePO4的放电容量在0.1C下提高了11 mAh g-1。
Graphene nanosheets were used a conducting additives in order to improve the conductivity of LiFePO4. Scanning electron microscopy images showed that the surface wrinkles of graphene nanosheets wrapped LiFePO4 particles to form plane contacted interface, thus enhanced the conductivity of the cathode. Galvanostatic charge-discharge tests indicated that the addition of graphene nanosheets increase the electrochemical reaction activation of LiFePO4. Compared with the carbon black, the discharge capacity of LiFePO4 at 0.1C rate was improved 11 mAh g-1.
