针对钻机回转液压系统能耗问题,构建了基于AMESim的钻机回转系统仿真模型,完成了普通钻机回转液压系统和钻机负载敏感回转液压系统特性的对比分析,进行了不同工况下钻机回转系统的能耗特性的仿真。仿真结果表明,钻机负载敏感回转液压系统能够适应井下复杂的地质条件,具备显著的节能特性。

ccording to the problem of energy consumption in hydraulic system of mine drill, simulation model of rotation hydraulic system of mine drill was established based on AMESim. A comparative analysis between common rotation hydraulic system and load sensing hydraulic system was completed, and the energy consumption of rotation hydraulic system under different working conditions were simulated. The results show that load sensing hydraulic system can adapt to the various geologic in the mine, have good energy -saving performance.
