煤化学链气化制氢系统热力学分析

利用HSC Chemistry软件,对煤化学链气化制氢系统常压状况下的反应性能进行了分析。研究温度、H2O/C、CaO/C、等参数对化学链气化系统主要气体产物的影响,并且确定了岭南仓烟煤、西武匠无烟煤和山西褐煤三种煤常压下气化制氢的最佳工况和制氢效率,证明常压下也可以获得较高的气化效率。此外,对比了不同煤种的气化,发现三者气化产物随不同因素的变化基本相同,主要差别是由于其固定碳的含量以及挥发分的总量和成分不同造成的。在不考虑煤反应活性情况下,煤阶越高,气化制氢的效率越高。

he performance of chemical-looping gasification process was investigated by the HSC Chemistry. The influence of different parameters including tempertuer, H2O/C,CaO/C on syngas were studied. The efficiency of hydrogen production were calculated for Lingnancang bituminite, Xiwujiang anthracite and Shanxi lignite under the optimum gasification condition, which proved that high efficiency could be also got under atmospheric condition. Besides, it was found that syngas characteristics changed with different parameters in the similar way to these three coals, and the main difference was caused by their different total gross and compostition of volatile. Without regard to the coal reactivity, the higher coal step was, the higher the efficiency of hydrogen production was.
