新型硫化氢荧光探针的设计、合成及光谱性能研究

硫化氢是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳之后,第三种可在生命体内发挥生理、病理作用的内源性气体信号分子。该气体分子在神经系统和心血管疾病中担负着重要的调节作用。因此,选择性识别和高灵敏检测生物体内的硫化氢具有十分重要的生物、医学意义。本论文首次报道一种新型硫化氢荧光探针的设计、合成以及光谱性能研究,当与硫化氢响应时,探针释放出荧光团,发射荧光增强,从而很好地实现了对该还原型物种的检测。
Following nitric oxide and carbon monoxide,hydrogen sulfide is found to be the third endogenous gasotransmitter, which provides the regulation significance of physiological and pathological processes in the nervous systems and cardiovascular.Therefore,the selective recognition and detection of H2S are of importance.This paper is based on the changes of fluorescent spectra that organic small molecular fluorescent probe respond selectively to Reducing speciess.
