基于模态振幅的模态单元滤波及其在高斯消噪中的应用
Mode Cell Filter Based on Mode Amplitude and Its Application on Gaussian Denoising
的振荡单元——模态单元作为基本分析对象,通过模态单元振幅的阈值处理判断模态单元的类型,建立了面向模态单元的模态单元滤波 (Mode Cell Filter:MCF)模型。针对MCF模型中模态振幅阈值选取问题,深入分析了在EMD分解不同Hurst指数分形高斯噪声时模态振幅的演化规律,进而建立一种基于高斯消噪的阈值选取方案。对不同H指数的高斯噪声的仿真实验结果显示,本文算法整体上比最优小波阈值消噪算法消噪效果更好,表明MCF消噪算法对有色高斯噪声具有较强的自适应性和普适性。
he oscillating cell between two neighbor zerocross points in the intrinsic mode function is defined as mode cell and regarded as the fundamental analysis object, while the idea of traditional threshold denoising method, which regards the isolated point as the threshold object, is disclaimed. The conception of mode amplitude is introduced to identify the types of mode cell by thresholding. Furthermore, a novel mode-cell-oriented mode cell filter (MCF) model based on empirical mode decomposition is proposed. The evolution rules of the mode amplitude of mode cell in cases of decomposing fractional Gaussian noises of different Hurst parameter are analyzed, based on which, the threshold selecting methods for Gaussian denoising are established. Finally, the experiments on Gaussian noise with different Hurst parameter reveal that the performance of the proposed algorithm is overall better than that of optimal wavelet denoising algorithm. The results demonstrate that MCF is a self-adaptive and general-applicable denoising method for color Gaussian noise.
