立血康软胶囊提取工艺的研究
Optimization of extraction technology for Lixuekang Soft Capsule
目的：优选立血康软胶囊的提取工艺。方法：以人参皂苷Rg1含量结合干膏收率为考察指标，采用正交设计法，对提取次数，提取时间，溶剂浓度和溶剂用量四因素进行优选研究。结果：四因素中只有提取次数有显著影响。结论：最佳提取工艺为A3B3C2D1,即乙醇用量为6倍，80%的乙醇提取两次，每次3小时。
Objective: To optimize the optimal extraction technology of Lixuekang Soft Capsule. Methods: The extraction procedure was studied by orthogonal design with the content of Ginsenoside Rg1 and the dry extract yield as the index, to optimize the extracting times, extracting time, solvent concentration and solvent amount. Results: Significant effect was observed in times of extraction. Conclusion: The best extraction process is A3B3C2D1,which is added 6 fold of 80% ethanol,and decocted 2 times, 3 hours at every time.
