淫羊藿苷对人牙周膜细胞OCN表达水平的影响

objective: To investigate the effects of icariin on osteocalin expression in human periodontal ligament cells in order to provide a basis for the application of icariin in periodontal disease treatment. Methods: Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured in vitro. Under the conditions of mineralization induce, the third passage of human periodontal ligament cells were treated with 6 different concentrations (10～0μg/ml) of icariin. OCN were performed to assess the effects of icariin on the osteogenic differentiation. Results: Compared with the control group, OCN expression of 1~0.01μg/ml cariin were increased significantly for 72 hours（P＜0.05）. while 10μg/ml icariin inhibited OCN expression of human periodontal ligament cells（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Using appropriate icariin could promote osteogenic differentiation in human periodontal ligament cells.
