昆虫种类繁多,生活环境复杂,进化了极强的免疫防御系统,抗病毒蛋白的发现引起了昆虫学、生物学、医学及化学等领域学者们的极大关注。本文综述了蜂毒素Melittin、天蚕素Cecropins、干扰素Alloferons及N-Myristoylated Peptide的研究进展,并展望了新兴研究重点家蚕抗病毒蛋白的研究。

Insects which have numerous types and live in the complicated environment, have evolved effective immune system, and the discovery of antiviral proteins have been paid a lot of attention to by the scholars in the field of entomology, biology, medical science and chemistry. This paper reviews the research advances of Melittin, Cecropins, Alloferons and N-Myristoylated Peptide, and makes a prospect of a newly key search point of the antiviral proteins in the silkworm.
