his paper mainly describes the application of virtual instrumentation techniques on kinematic analysis of planar four-bar mechanism, giving the method to implement the hardware and software in the measurement and control system. The experiment showed that kinematic parameter curve of the four-bar mechanism can be measured and drawn accurately with this system, and it met the expectant requirement.
