钌催化剂对长链脂肪酸酯选择性氢解的研究

Selective hydrogenolysis of long-chain fatty acid esters over Ru catalysts

采用浸渍法制备了活性炭负载的Ni,Pd,Ru催化剂,用于脂肪酸酯氢解制备长链烷烃。在200℃,氢气压力2MPa下反应5h,发现Ru/C催化剂具有更好的催化活性,可以取得22.3%的原料转化率。采用液相还原法制备了Ru/C催化剂用于脂肪酸酯模型物棕榈酸甲酯的氢解过程,发现相同条件下可以取得99.6%的原料转化率,十五烷和十六烷的产率分别为91.2%和0.6%。结合XRD、TEM和SEM等表征手段对催化剂进行更深入的认识,同时研究了反应温度、氢气压力、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对棕榈酸甲酯氢解的影响。

Wet impregnation was used for the synthesis of active carbon supported Ni, Pd and Ru catalysts, which were used for the hydrogenolysis of long-chain fatty acid esters. Ru/C was found to be more active under the reaction conditions of 200 oC, hydrogen pressure of 2 MPa and reaction time of 5 h, the conversion of the feed stock which was 22.3% was obtained. Liquid phase reduction method was used for the synthesis of Ru/C for the hydrogenolysis of model compound methyl palmitate, conversion of 99.6% was got. The yields of n-pentadecane and n-hexadecane were 91.2% and 0.6%, respectively. XRD, TEM and SEM were used for the characterization of the catalysts for the further understand of the reaction process, meanwhile, the effects of the reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure, reaction time and the amount of catalyst on the hydrogenolysis of methyl palmitate were investigated.
