his paper analyzed the problems of the Chinese family firm’s property right system and built an evolution structure of the Chinese family firm’s property right system. Family firms should open property rights appropriately on the basis of keeping absolute control right, clarify the property rights and decide whether property rights and management rights diverse or not flexibly under the modern corporate governance structure, so as to establish modern Chinese family firm’s property right systems with Chinese characteristics.
