uO/γ-Al2O3催化剂经CO处理前后的性质研究
Study on the properties of the CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst before and after CO pre-treatment
采用XRD,TPR,CO吸附In-situ IR,CO氧化反应等对CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂经CO处理前后的结构、组成和催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,经CO在250℃下处理1h后CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂中出现了分散态Cu+物种,该物种的产生使催化剂的活性明显提高。
XRD, H2-TPR and In-situ IR were used to characterize the dispersion of copper oxide species on γ-Al2O3 before and after pretreated by CO. The catalytic activities of these catalysts for CO oxidation were measured to investigate the influence of the pretreatment of CO on the catalytic properties of these catalysts. The results indicated that the catalysts pretreated by CO at 250℃ show a higher activity than the fresh catalysts due to the generation of surface Cu+ species, which enhanced the activity of the catalysts.
