层层组装构建碳纳米管复合膜

基于碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes,CNTs)的复合薄膜是当前的研究热点之一,该种复合薄膜在神经组织工程领域有着广泛的应用。在本课题研究中,我们利用聚多巴胺涂层(polydopamine,PDA)的广谱粘附性,首先制备了聚多巴胺修饰在碳纳米管CNTs@PDA,使碳纳米管能够形成均匀稳定的分散液。然后,我们利用层层组装的方法将碳纳米管与聚赖氨酸(polylysine,PLL)组装,制备层状多层膜。研究结果表明,(PLL/CNTs@PDA)多层膜能够成功的组装。进一步我们考察了多层膜表面的神经细胞培养,发现其表面形貌有利于神经细胞的生长,轴突较对照组有着明显的提高。通过聚多巴胺修饰的碳纳米管能够有效的制备成为复合多层膜,并潜在地能够用于神经组织工程支架材料的研究。
he design of the nerve tissue engineering based on the carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is one of the important researches recently. In this paper, we modified the CNTs by using polydopamine (PDA) coating to form a stable CNTs solution. The PDA coating improved the stablity of CNTs. The CNTs was layer-by-layer assembled with polylysine (PLL) to make the multilayer films. In this research, we can manufacture PLL/CNTs@PDA multilayer films for the nerve cell culture. We use the PC12 cells to culture on the surface of the films and it proves that this new multilayer is good for the PC12 cells proliferation and neuraons prolonging. We believe this new multilayer will have the effect in the nerve tissue engineering scaffolds.
