外源Zn、Fe供给对离体穗培养小麦籽粒Zn、Fe含量的影响
Effect of Different Concentrations of Zn and Fe in Culture Solution on Grain Weight and Zn、Fe Content in Seeds of Wheat After the Ear Culture in vitro
运用离体穗培养方法,研究外源Zn、Fe营养调控对籽粒重、籽粒Zn、Fe含量的影响。结果表明:灌浆初期离体穗培养,在一定浓度范围内,外源Zn、Fe调控能显著提高籽粒Zn、Fe含量,提升籽粒营养品质。籽粒重随铁浓度的升高先增加后减少、高锌和低锌水平均能显著降低籽粒重。因此,适度的锌、铁水平能显著影响籽粒的正常灌浆,并最终影响籽粒重。在锌培养条件下,籽粒重与籽粒锌、铁含量之间以及籽粒锌、铁含量之间呈较弱的负相关。在铁培养条件下,籽粒重与籽粒锌含量之间成较弱的正相关,而籽粒锌、铁之间呈极显著负相关。
he period of 7 days after flowering was chosen in the way of spike culture to testify the response of sink by the supply of Zn and Fe. The way of spike culture is a very effective way to discuss the relationship between source and sink. The results showed that the supply of Zn and Fe can increase the Zn and Fe content significantly in seeds in the period of 7 days after flowering. The grain weight was increased with the Fe lever raised in certain extent , and then decreased with the Fe level even higher. Zn treatment can also influence grain weight, the grain weight was decreased by the higher and lower Zn level treatment, which showed the importance of proper Zn、Fe level to grain weight. The results also showed that the seeds weight was weakly negative correlated with the Zn、Fe content in seeds by Zn culture, where the same correlation between Zn、Fe content. The correlation between seed weight and seed Zn content was weakly positive in the test, but significantly negative correlation was found between Zn and Fe content by Fe supply . Further researches are needed.
