基于生物信息学的lncRNA研究现状与发展趋势
Bioinformatics research and development of lncRNA
长非编码RNA (long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是指一类长度大于200nt,几乎不具有蛋白编码功能的非编码RNA。近年来大量研究证明,lncRNA在生物体中广泛参与生理与病理过程,尤其是在癌症发生发展过程中起到重要作用。本文综述了lncRNA的国内外研究进展,从生物信息学角度对lncRNA序列的预测、序列特征发掘及结构预测、功能注释和预测及其在癌症发展过程中的作用进行了重点阐述,以期为进一步深入研究lncRNA提供参考。
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a class of non-coding transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides. Recently, many studies have shown that lncRNAs were involved in a wide variety of physiological and pathological processes of the organism, especially play important roles in the development of cancer. In this review, we discussed the current bioinformatics progress of lncRNA both at home and abroad, including four popular parts: prediction of lncRNA sequences, sequence feature analysis and structure prediction, function annotation and prediction, roles in cancer development. We hope this review will provide a reference for further in-depth study of lncRNA.
