为研究升温和降温过程中混凝土梁不同位置处的升、降温速率及温度场的分布规律,通过8根混凝土梁在高温炉中的加热和冷却试验,测定了四种温度工况下(400℃、600℃、700℃、800℃)混凝土梁内不同位置处温度随时间的变化规律。通过试验数据的分析,得到了加热过程中和冷却过程中混凝土梁内不同位置处升、降温速率的特点及温度场的变化规律,为混凝土高温性能试验中确定合理的加热时间提供了参考依据。

In order to study on the heating up, cooling down rate and thermal field of concrete beam during the heat-up and cool-down phase, 8 concrete beams were exposed to high temperature in the furnace, temperature values for different locations within a concrete beam were measured in the four measured temperature conditions (400℃, 600℃, 700℃ and 800℃). Through analysis of the test data, the characteristics of the heating up rate, the cooling down rate and the variation of thermal field about the different locations within a concrete beam were obtained during the heating up and cooling down phase, providing a reference for determining a reasonable heating time when concrete beams were exposed to high temperature.
