立方相MgZnO纳米线的生长和表征
Growth and characterization of cubic-phase MgZnO nanowires
利用热蒸发方法,在硅衬底上制备出Mg0.93Zn0.07O纳米线。Mg粉和Zn粉混合物为源材料,未使用催化剂。利用x射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电镜、透射电镜和x射线光电子能谱等测试手段对MgZnO纳米线的结构和成分进行表征。结果显示所得产物除立方相MgZnO纳米线外,还有六方相的ZnO纳米线,它们均具有单晶结构。
Mg0.93Zn0.07O nanowires were synthesized on Si(111) substrates by a catalyst-free thermal evaporation method using mixture of Zn and Mg powders as the source materials. The structure and composition were investigated by x-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. The results indicated that the product has two phases, cubic Mg0.93Zn0.07O and hexagonal ZnO. Both the cubic and hexagonal nanowires consist of single crystals.
