基于综合选线策略的小电流接地选线装置

针对单一选线原理的不足,根据稳态接地故障中性点不接地时采用零序导纳法中性点经随调式消弧线圈接地时采用零序电纳增量法和中性点经预调式消弧线圈接地时采用零序电导法,和电弧性接地故障采用暂态电流互积求和法,基于上述选线原理开发了一套小电流接地系统单相接地故障微机选线装置。该微机选线装置对于高阻接地故障、电弧性接地故障等都具有比较高的准确性。

For the deficiency of single line selection principle, therefore, in this study, for steady-state fault, neutral ungrounded power system using zero sequence admittance method, neutral in tuning arc suppression coil power system using zero sequence susceptance increment method, and neutral in pre-tuning arc suppression coil power system using zero sequence conductance method, and for transient-state fault using mutual integral of transient current, a microcomputer fault line device for single phase earthed fault of non-effective earthed power system is developed based on the above methods. This computer selecting device is effective for high impedance ground fault and arcing ground fault.
