碳纤维增强泡沫铝材料的压缩性能研究
Study on the compressive deformation of aluminum foams reinforced by carbon fibers
研究了采用短碳纤维作为稳定剂和增强剂制备泡沫铝材料的压缩性能。准静态压缩试验结果表明,泡沫铝的压缩强度随碳纤维含量的增加而增大,同时,其压缩曲线出现明显的应力软化阶段,表明脆性增大。对不同密度泡沫铝压缩性能的研究表明,相同碳纤维含量的泡沫铝压缩强度与其密度成反比。对不同碳纤维含量的泡沫铝材料气泡壁断口进行了观察,结果表明,碳纤维含量高的泡沫铝样品为脆性断裂,而含量低泡沫铝为塑性变形断裂。
In this paper, the compressive deformace of aluminum foams reinforced by short carbon fibers. Compressive test results indicate that the compressive strength of aluminum foams of same density increseas with the volume fraction of carbon fibers. It is also fact that there is an obvious stress drop at the stress-strain curve, indicating that foams with higher fiber fraction are more brittle. The microstrucutre of fractrue surface was observed, which reveal the fact that foam specimens with high fiber fraction show a brittal fracture.
