Microcontroller-based control system design of hydraulic AGC
本文讲述一个以51单片机为主控芯片的液压AGC控制系统的设计。本设计采MPM388型压阻式压力传感器来检测油缸的压力,采用高精度线型数位磁栅尺磁力尺XCCB 位置传感器来实现油缸位置的检测。通过闭环的单片机控制实现轧机厚度的自动控制,以便使整个系统即稳定又快速。
his paper describes a 51-chip microcontroller as a master hydraulic AGC control system design. The design adopted MPM388 based piezoresistive pressure sensor to detect the pressure tank, using a digital high-precision linear foot XCCB Magnescale magnetic position sensor to achieve the fuel tank location detection. Closed-loop control of the microcontroller through the mill to achieve automatic control of the thickness, so that the whole system that is stable and fast.
