氯化琥珀胆碱对大鼠脑基底动脉收缩和舒张功能的影响
Effet of succinylcholine chloride on vasoconstriction and vasodilatation of cerebral basilar artery in rats
目的: 研究氯化琥珀胆碱(Suc)对大鼠脑基底动脉收缩和舒张功能的影响。方法:用血管直径测定法分别测定KCl诱导的大鼠脑基底动脉(CBA)的收缩和乙酰胆碱(ACh)诱导的舒张反应。结果: 500 ng/mL Suc可明显地减弱KCL诱导的大鼠CBA收缩,并可明显减弱ACh诱导的舒张反应,使最大舒张反应从PSS对照组的110.2 ± 4.0%降低到68.5 ± 16.7%。结论:Suc对大鼠脑基底动脉的收缩和舒张功能有直接的抑制作用,其抑制血管舒张功能可能与血管内皮细胞损伤有关。?????
Objective: to study the effect of succinylcholine chloride (Suc) on vasoconstriction and vasodilatation of cerebral basilar artery (CBA) in rat. Methods: KCl-induceand vasoconstriction and acetylcholine (ACh)-vasodilation were measured by vascular diameter assay. Results: 500 ng/mL Suc could significantly weaken the contraction of CBA induced by KCL; Suc also markedly inhibited the ACh-induced relaxation response, the maximum relaxation response decreased from 110.2 ± 4.0% in the PSS control group to 68.5 ±16.7%. Conclusion: Suc could directly inhibit the vasoconstriction and relaxation of rat CBA, and its inhibition on vasodilation may be related to injury of vascular endothelial cells.?????
