转Bt基因抗虫棉抗虫性评价与新品系筛选
Evalution insect-resistance and screening new lines in transgenic Bt gene cotton
本研究利用14个转Bt基因抗虫棉品系,从标记基因、Bt基因和Bt蛋白表达检测及抗虫性室内鉴定等方面研究了转Bt基因抗虫棉抗虫性表现。结果表明,转Bt基因抗虫棉中存在标记基因和抗虫基因表达不一致的现象,14个材料间Bt蛋白表达和抗虫性存在差异,Bt蛋白表达规律为叶﹥铃﹥花,蕾期﹥花铃期﹥铃期;筛选出综合表现较好的5个转Bt基因抗虫棉品系为NDP7、NDP8、NDP9、NDP12、NDP14。
IAbstract: The insect-resistant was evaluated in fourteen transgenic Bt gene cotton varieties by marker gene expression, Bt gene expression, Bt Protein expression and the leaf feeding method in this study. The result shown that marker gene expression and Bt gene expression was inconsistent in some transgenic insect-resistant cotton. The difference was found between Bt protein expression and insect-resistant in fourteen varieties. The rule of Bt protein expression from high to low were, in order, leaf, boll, flower. And bud stage, blossing and boll-forming stages, boll-forming stages. Five good varieties including NDP7、NDP8、NDP9、NDP12、NDP14 were obtained.
