羟基磷灰石纳米棒的合成及其吸附行为研究
Hydroxyapatite Nanorods:Synthesis and Their Sorption Property
羟基磷灰石,是动物硬组织如骨骼、牙齿等的主要无机矿物成分,具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和离子交换性等,广泛的应用于生物医药领域和吸附分离领域。在本文中,单晶的羟基磷灰石纳米棒通过水热法成功地被合成出来,其直径为20 nm,长度在200-400 nm之间。Zn2+在HA纳米棒上的吸附动力学的研究,发现HA纳米棒对锌离子具有良好的去除性能,且其吸附等温线符合Langmuir 型吸附等温线。
Hydroxyapatite, the mineral constituent of human hard tissues (bones, teeth, etc.), is an important raw material for the artificial bone graft due to its biocompatibility and biodegradability. In this paper, we synthesize and characterize the nanorods via hydrothermal synthesis in an aqueous system, and study the sorption properties of these hydroxyapatite nanorods. The naorods are about 20 nm in diameter and 200-400 nm in length. We investigate the kinetic sorption of the aqueous zinc ions adsorbed on the synthesized HA nanorods and find that HA nanorods have a fine removal for aqueous zinc ions as well as their Langmiur type adsorption isotherms.
