茎直黄芪地上部分化学成分研究
Study on the chemical compositions of the aerial part of Astragalus strictus
采用D101大孔树脂、聚酰胺和硅胶柱层析等色谱技术柱色谱法分别对茎直黄芪地上部分正丁醇部位和水部位化学成分进行分离纯化，并利用理化常数和波谱等数据进行化学结构鉴定。从茎直黄芪地上部分正丁醇部位和水部位共分离得到7个化合物，经结构鉴定为氧化氮苦马豆素（1）、1-羟基吲哚里西啶（2）、斑荚素（3）、山奈酚-4’-甲基醚（4）、鼠李柠檬素-3-氧-β-D-半乳糖苷（5）、角鲨烯（6）和苦马豆素（7）。除化合物7外，其余均首次从茎直黄芪中分离得到。
he chemical compositions of n-butanol extract and water extract from the aerial part of Astragalus strictus were studied by D101 macroporous resin and silica gel column chromatography successfully. 7 compounds were isolated and identified as swainsonine N-oxide (1), l-hydroxyindolizidine (2), lentiginosine (3), kaempferol-4-methylether (4), rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galactoside (5), squalene (6), swainsonine (7). All of them except compound 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
